Staples of the Montreal new music and free improv scenes, bass clarinetist Lori Freedman and bassist Nicolas Caloia join forces to create a night of unforgettable music. The goal is a performance that erases the lines between improvised and composed, pop and avant-garde, good and bad. This concert will also feature the winner of our 5th annual NUMUS Emerging Improviser Contest.
