A NUMUS milestone! Composer (and former NUMUS artistic director) Glenn Buhr has created a monumental new concerto for bass clarinetist (and current NUMUS artistic director) Kathryn Ladano, featuring an array of sound-inspired visual art projections by Cevie Dubesky. The new composition is intense and various: an uninterrupted full-evening work consisting of seven composed movements, connected by controlled improvisations that are themed around the theory of evolution. The 7-piece industrial orchestra features Glenn Buhr, Jeremy Bell, Peter Lutek, Victor Bateman, Brandon Valdivia, Scott Good, and Tania Gill.
