This, the first auction in the 21-year history of NUMUS, will feature
original works of art by roughly 20 major artists, and a wide variety
of goods and services from some of Kitchener, Waterloo, and the area's
most prominent establishments. It promises to be a night of music,
fun, good eating and drinking, and going home with wonderful bargains.
You will not want to miss it!
The quality of the area artists who have so far committed to providing
works is enough to have many bidders, whether they are mature
collectors, beginning collectors, or just people with good taste!

The NUMUS Gala Fundraising Auction promises to be a wonderful
evening. Here are the details:
Where: Kitchener City Hall Rotunda
Date: Friday May 4, 2007
Time: Pre-viewing starting at 7 p.m. Live auction starting at 8 p.m.
Cost: $40, entitling each ticket holder to catered gourmet hors
d'oeuvres and one complimentary drink. There will also be a cash bar
and live music provided by cellist Nick Storring.
Advance tickets are available from Twelfth Night Music Shoppe, Old
Goat Books, In Orbit, Encore Records, and at KWCMS Concerts.
