Together, Helena Bugallo and Amy Williams give astonishing performances of contemporary works for piano four-hands and two pianos. For their NUMUS appearance, they will perform pieces from their extensive transcription project of Conlon Nancarrow’s Studies for Player Piano in addition to works by Messiaen, Betsy Jolas, and Canadian composer Linda Catlin Smith.
