This concert presents contemporary classical chamber music in the 21st-century context of interactive environments. It pairs the collaborative efforts of internationally acclaimed Hollywood cult filmmakers David Lynch, Mike Patterson, Candace Reckinger, and Agnès Varda; and composers Thomas Adès, Joanna Bruzdowicz, Veronika Krausas, and Marek Zebrowski; with the Penderecki String Quartet and soprano Kimberley Barber. Animated and photographic projections transforms the audience and theatre itself into a hybrid audio-visual experience.
