NUMUS is proud to present the Manitoba Chamber Orchestra. On tour, and performing recent music by Philip Glass, the MCO is preparing for a recording of Glass’s new Piano Concerto based on the music from the film The Hours. Michael Riesman – long time member of the Philip Glass Ensemble – performs the new concerto with the MCO.
The MCO also performs Glass’s Symphony no. 3 and his 2007 score for the 1931 film Dracula.
